Welcome to the home page for the Home Owner Association (HOA) og Lyngás 1A-D. This HOA is for four buildings at Lyngás 1 in Garðabæ Iceland. These four buildings are known as buildings A, B, C and D. All other buildings at Lyngás 1 belong to different HOAs.

The legal name as registered with Icelandic Tax Authorities is “Lyngás 1a-d, húsfélag” and the tax ID is 520618-0820

All maintenance requests need to be reported to our caretaker which we are contracting from a company called Húsvaktin. You can reach our caretaker at umsjon@husvaktin.is

If you need to get in touch with the HOA Board you can do so by sending an email to stjorn@lyngas1abcd.is. Please be advised that the board members are busy folks so please don’t expect a quick response. Anything requiring a quick response should either be going to Eignarekstur or the caretaker at husvordur@manar.
