Garage opener

The caretaker has setup a mailbox in the parking garage, next to the garage door just under the control unit, where you drop messages and items you wish to get to the caretaker. For example if you need your garage opener programmed to our door, just mark your opener with your building and unit number and drop it in this box. Next time the caretaker is on site, which should the following Wednesday, he will program the remote and drop it in your mailbox.

If you need a new opener or would like a second opener, the caretaker can sell you a new opener fully programmed and ready to use and drop it in your mailbox.
